Our Mission
- To save a child's life . . . . and then another, by raising awareness about Long QT Syndrome and other heart conditions that lead to sudden cardiac arrest and death.
Our Goals
- Provide free heart screenings to students throughout the Philadelphia region.
- Educate parents, pediatricians, school faculty, and other child service professionals about the warning signs of the conditions that lead to sudden cardiac arrest.
- Promote the research of sudden cardiac arrest in children by providing scholarships for medical fellows at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
- Influence a shift in public policy to support the mandatory screening of children's hearts.
